The main elements of Hastelloy C22 bar include  cobalt, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum and small amounts of aluminum,  titanium and nitrogen. Among them, cobalt element can improve the  strength and hardness of the alloy, chromium element has an important  impact on the corrosion resistance of the alloy, tungsten and molybdenum  can improve the high-temperature strength of the alloy. In addition,  aluminum and titanium elements can help refine the grains and improve  the toughness of the alloy, while the addition of nitrogen can improve  the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy. What  is more, it has good plasticity and toughness and can be used for cold  and hot processing.
